Automatic correction of Microsoft Extended Service Term (EST)

This release introduces automatic correction of Extended Service Term (EST) discrepancies for Microsoft subscriptions.

The platform now detects subscriptions where auto-renew is disabled but the subscription is incorrectly configured in Microsoft Partner Center to transition to an Extended Service Term. When such discrepancies are identified, the system automatically corrects the configuration to ensure the subscription cancels at the end of its term, as expected.

This enhancement also resolves discrepancies caused by Microsoft’s EST backfill process, which set some non-auto-renewing subscriptions to transition into EST. Impacted subscriptions are automatically identified and corrected without manual intervention.

Marketplace Managers and partners benefit from improved alignment between Partner Center and marketplace subscription behavior.
